  • All sessions must be booked in advance through our website or agreed method.
  • Payment terms will be specified at the time of booking. We may require full payment before services commence.
  • We accept payment via bank transfer, Wise, PayPal.
  • Prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (if applicable), unless otherwise stated.
  1. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Client cancellations: At least 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule or cancel without charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in full.
  • Our cancellations: If we must reschedule or cancel, we will give as much notice as possible and offer an alternative appointment or a full refund.
